Our highest priority is to support the college curriculum in any way we can. We aim to provide a strong library collection relevant to the many courses offered by the college. We also strive to help students become expert researchers--successful learners in this information age.
- Adding a New Course - Learn what you need from the library in order to complete your course addition forms.
- Library Instruction - Includes information on how to schedule a library orientation for your class. Choose between a general introduction or a presentation tailored around a specific assignment.
- Course Specific Research Guides - Earn two hours of flex credit by helping us create an individualized research guide for your course, which we will make available on the library website. For more information, contact jeri.resto@gcccd.edu.
- Integrating Information Competency - Learn how to integrate information competency into your curriculum to satisfy GE requirements.
- Library Collection - Help us develop a collection that supports the curriculum by contacting one of our subject area specialists.
- Media Services - Learn how to search and access videos and DVDs in the library collection and the County Media Consortium.
- Reserves - Information on how to place an item in our reserves collection, so it is always available for students.
