Switchboard Services

The switchboard operators serve as the first contact for callers to

Cuyamaca College, and direct contact for Cuyamaca College staff. 

The functions of the switchboard are:

  • Direct callers to appropriate departments and/or personnel

  • Provide general information about the campus and college programs and activities

  • Provide faculty/staff with information and direction

  • Distributes/maintains keys for campus

  • Maintains all campus phones, voicemails, and department phone trees

  • Creates/maintains database for campus directories

  • Back-up for mailroom - mailroom supplies, and processing of incoming and outgoing mail

Hours:

Monday through Thursday: 8:00am to 6:00pm    

Friday: 8:00am to 4:30pm

Saturday: Closed
