Dear Student,
As you may know, public higher education in California is facing drastic budget reductions for the third consecutive year. Even though we have struggled through three years of drastic budget cuts, the Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District has been committed to meeting the educational needs of our students.
Beginning Summer 2012 there will be multiple changes that will affect you. These changes are being implemented at all California
