Instructions for Submitting the Transfer Registrar Report for the Common Application
Current Cuyamaca College does not allow the electronic submission of the Transfer Registrar Report form or Official Transcripts. Please follow the following steps to ensure timely completion and submission of the Transfer Registrar Report:
1. In the "Assign Recommenders" section of the Common Application you must invite the Registrar
2. Download and print a copy of the Transfer Registrar Report from the Additional Forms section on the same page.
3. Your GCCCD Official Transcript and the Transfer Registrar Report may be asked to be submitted together. Please be sure to also fill out the "Request for Official Transcript" form
4. Print and complete the Authorization for Release of Information found at: http://www.cuyamaca.edu/admissions/pdfforms/Request%20an%20enrollment.pdf
and bring all forms with you to the Admissions and Records office. Forms may also be faxed to 619-660-4575 or mailed to the address below:
