Blackboard Container Preparation
This page will provide information that will help you prepare your
Blackboard containers so you can use them for your classes.
Beginning in November, 2008 we are automatically generating Blackboard
containers using a process called Snapshot. If you are not
familiar with what Snapshot is, view a video
about it before continuing.
Video Update on 12/16/08 - When students drop a class their status will be changed to "unavailable" and their work will be retained, even before census day. This is to protect the work of students who are inadvertently dropped from classes. Students who drop more than 7 days before the semester begins will be removed completely from the container as if they were never there.
How to get started with Blackboard
If you haven't used Blackboard before, here is a page that explains how to get started.
