Professional Interests: Currently I am a full-time
counselor at
Cuyamaca College where I have worked since the college opened in 1978. I also design
and teach Personal Development 124, Lifelong Success an am the author of College and Career Success,
published by Kendall/Hunt Publishing. I have taught college success
classes for 23 years and still enjoy it! I am very interested in helping students to be
successful in college so that they can achieve their future goals.
Personal Interests: The above photo was taken in my garden. I like to plant
flowers and work in my yard when I'm at home. Another interest is traveling which I
do whenever I can. I like to be active. You'll see me working out in the gym
or walking around campus. I enjoy hiking and skiing. I have two
adult children. Mark is a graduate of Cuyamaca College and has his
B.S. in Electrical Engineering from UCSD. Sara is also a graduate of
Cuyamaca College and has her B.S. in Business Financial Services from SDSU.
