CARE is a state-funded program designed to recruit and assist recipients of Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF)/CalWORKs who would like to attend college. To be eligible, participants must be single parents with at least one child thirteen years of age or under.  Participants must also qualify for the EOPS program.
