Life Drawing Open Studio--No Instruction

This is an excellent opportunity to draw or paint from a model in our beautiful, spacious drawing studio. Come brush up on your skills, meet new friends, and spend an enjoyable afternoon under our vaulted ceilings. Bring your own drawing or painting supplies. If painting with oils, "Gamsol" or odorless turpenoid are recommended. Easels, stools and taborets are provided.

Open Drawing sessions begin promptly at 4pm. Model will begin posing with 5-10 minutes of quick (1-2 minute) gestures, followed by 20-minute and longer poses, depending on participant input.

Participants chip in and pay for the model; the cost, generally between $6 and $15, depends on how many artists attend. Bring cash (fives and some singles.)
