Due to traditionally low enrollment in this course it is only taught online in conjunction with the CIS191 Linux Operating System class.  Students enrolled in this class are offered the opportunity to meet with the instructor during his normally scheduled CIS190 or CIS191 class periods.  Check the schedule for actual times. 

Using SUSE Linux Enterprise Server software, students will be taught Linux server operating system administration.  Using VMWare virtual software so that each student can configure servers, server services,  networks, etc.  During the hands-on labs, students will be encouraged to explore the software.
