Lab 8: Using Components

(Note: this lab is optional for extra credit. It will be worth a total of 25 possible extra points)

Populate a List Component with objects in a similar manner to Lesson 8 of your textbook, except instead of populating the list when the movie starts, populate it with a Button click (15 points). Be sure that your list objects are clickable like Lesson 8 (5 points) and have some event occur when they are clicked, such as displaying text in a text object (5 points).

Here is a simple example of what will satisfy the Lab 8 assignment. It uses the End file from Lesson 8 in the Flash CS3 Classroom-In-A-Book lessons and modifies content to load the file with a button click instead of loading immediately. It is created using ActionScript 3.0 and uses a Button Component.
