Cuyamaca College Library Collection

 

One can search under Films by Subjects to find what video and DVD materials are in the Cuyamaca Library collection.

More precise or specific searches for video and DVD materials can be done in the library online catalog.

Media materials check out of the library facility to faculty only with a faculty ID card. Check out for two hours, but is extended upon request.

Grossmont College Library Collection

Faculty may borrow video and DVD materials from the Grossmont College Library. Contact Circulation Desk to make an interlibrary loan request for the materials.

County Media Consortium Collection

Faculty can also obtained video and DVD materials from the County Media Consortium. Delivery of media material is only on Wednesdays and Fridays. Materials are book for one week, but can be extended when booking. Media material from the County are checked out at the library's circulation counter with a faculty ID card.

Streaming Video Databases

INTELECOM Online Resources Network -- a subscription database of academic video clips - streamed on demand - for use in support of online, hybrid and face-to-face classes.

EduStream  --  a streaming video database with access to over 5,000 close-captioned professionally produced videos. Faculty can also upload their electronic files on their EduStream account.

Films on Demand  -- Films On Demand is a Web-based digital video delivery service that allows the user to view streaming videos from Films Media Group anytime, anywhere, 24/7! Includes thousands of high-quality educational titles in various subject areas. Special features allow users the ability to organize and bookmark clips, create and share playlists.
