Cuyamaca College NASA & SDSU Geography Department have joined in a collaboration with our native students! "Building Healthier Communities and Pathways to Higher Education with Native American Youth," has been active for this semester. Students received ASUS tablets to help with school work and participate in workshops that focus on scholarships & educational support/goals (financial aid, transfer prep, internships). The most recent workshop involved a trip to SDSU campus for EXPLORE SDSU! Please contact our advisors for more details.
Our students & advisors work on bringing Native culture to Cuyamaca's campus. Currently we have the following events:
November Native American Heritage Month

1st Annual Cuyamaca College Powwow
