This class will introduce students to the theory and practice of conducting detailed tree inventories, management of public trees, tree evaluation for hazard assessment and risk reduction programs, legal aspects of trees and appraisal of value methods for trees. Students will also learn site evaluation , benefits of trees, volunteer organizations. priority action plans and emergency response plans.
