The primary mission of the ICFS is to provide help and support for faculty who use the Instructional Computer Labs, Smart-Classrooms and faculty workrooms. Services include desktop support for hardware, software, e-mail, audio visual, network and wireless connections. The best way to report technical problems is through the Help Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone at 619-660-4395. By utilizing the Help Desk, you can be assured that a person will see your message in the shortest possible time frame.
This department also manages all Instructional Technology purchases including computers/monitors, printers, laptops, ipads, as well as all Instructional software for
smart-classrooms and computer labs.
