This beginning step class is great for overall fitness as it will provide an
extensive workout to an upbeat cardio step routine. We will warm up, stretch
and condition, workout and cool down to the latest music trends. Come out to
enjoy a great workout, improve your health, and have a good time; take
charge of your mind, body, and soul.

lifetime—GOLF! This class for beginners, will consist of range
practice under the watchful eye of a golf professional. This is a great way

Enjoy learning how to ride a horse!
Experience the wide-open spaces and the tranquility of the countryside
on horseback. You will learn safety, bridling, how to walk, trot,
canter, trail ride, care and groom (minimum age is 12 years old). Must be
physically able to groom, saddle and bridle a horse and must be able to
lift 25 pounds. Please call Bright Valley Farms at 619-670-1861 for
rider weight limitations. Please wear
jeans and boots or shoes with low heel.

Student will be introduced to the
original system of traditional Chen Style T'ai Chi. You will learn "silk
reeling" exercises, which gently twist and stretch the body, and are
excellent for developing strength, range of motion, balance and
coordination. Instructor is a lineage apprentice of Chen in Chenjiagou,
People's Republic of China.
