The Art of Afternoon Tea
The ritual of taking tea is a "celebration. This feeling is a sense of  enchantment people long for in our fast  paced society. Learn everything you have always wanted to know about tea! Learn the essentials of serving tea, tea etiquette, the tea table, recipes, traditions and much more! Bring your favorite cup and saucer to class.

Tamale Making 101
Explore the Mexican tradition of making tamales for the holidays! You will learn a brief history of the tamale, then dive right into preparing masa, corn husks, and fillings to create two types of tamales, one meat and one vegetarian. You will also learn to make a traditional Mexican Christmas punch, a delightful concoction of fruits and spices. You will leave class with one dozen tamales and recipes.

Red Wines of the World
In these 4 sessions, your palate will be exposed to red wines, produced from different and unique wine grapes from around the world. We will be sampling wines from Nebbiolo, Malbec, Syrah, Sangiovese, Zinfandel, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon, just to mention a few of the varieties. Please bring six wine glasses to each class meeting. Minimum age 21 years old.

Tony's Award Winning Italian Wine & Dinners
This is the seventh annual collaboration between Dominic "Dick Colangelo and Tony D'Amato, proprietor of the highly acclaimed Baci's Ristorante. Baci's has received the Auto Club's Four Diamonds Award for eight consecutive years and is arguably one of the best Italian restaurants in the San Diego area. Each evening, you will learn about the wines and foods of a specific region in Italy. Enrollment fee includes four sumptuous dinners, and wine, gratuity not included, seating is limited. Participant must be 21 years old to attend.
