Health and Fitness (NCHS 1021)

This is an open-entry, open-exit course to develop and enhance a student's knowledge of the importance of healthy lifestyles and to further develop skills which facilitate a personal fitness program. Students participate in specific activities that develop an individual's level of physical fitness including cardiovascular efficiency, body composition, muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility.New students must complete orientation attendance requirements. "No Class" dates for the fitness courses are posted in the Fitness Center.
Continuing noncredit students may complete a registration form at the Fitness Center, or the Continuing Education Office.
