SAM Troubleshooting
Here are some
of the common problems with using SAM
1.
If have any of the following error messages:

Wrong Browser
The link from the class web site will automatically log you into the SAM site
when clicked. While the class web site will work with any browser the SAM site
requires features only contained in Microsoft Internet Explorer. If you click
the link from the class web site and you are not using Internet Explorer as your
web browser you will see the screen below

3.
SAM not installed
SAM can be installed on as many computers as you wish. Using SAM is controlled
by a key code. The key code is used to create a single SAM account for one
student. This means you can install SAM on several computers and use it where
ever you like but you will be the only person who can log into it.
If SAM is not installed on a computer you will be able to log into the SAM site
but will see this message when you attempt to start any training.
