When you think of "Fundamentals" think of:

The three basic
methods of filling out an application.

The on-line application is the best,
it can normally be stored on-line until the application is complete
and all details are correct and error free.

The next
application is a standard form, but is completed by typing the
application.

The least desired method of completing
an application is by hand. For most applicants it will require patience
to complete, this
application must be completed with black ink and with
care.

Your application

Limit the number of scholarships you apply for as not to take-away
from your study-time.

Fill-out Each Scholarship Application Completely, All
spaces should
be Filled in (Even if it is with an N/A, None, or Dashed Lines).

Provide strong reference letters,
to ensure your reference letter is as strong as possible provide each reference
with enough information about yourself to enable the reference to
write a clear concise letter for you.
