Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide quality service in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have implemented an cancellation policy. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, you are required to call at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a four week wait to schedule another appointment with a counselor. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another student the possibility to have access to timely counseling services.

No-Show Policy

A "no-show" is someone who misses an appointment without canceling it in an adequate manner. Failure to arrive at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded as a "no-show." Students who "no-show" for an appointment must wait four weeks before scheduling another appointment with a counselor.

How to Cancel your Appointment

To cancel appointments, please call 619-660-4429 during our hours of operation. If your appointment is on Monday, please call during our hours of operation on Friday.
