  • Hire Jeff for WebCT training and possibly also have a WebCt trainer out to demonstrate  (Dave)

  • Contact Jeff and Jerry and let them know WebCt accounts for Star members are to be priority set ups.  (Christine) Done

  • Contact Jeff and Jerry about getting WebCt manuals for all participants working with WecCt. (Christine) Done, waiting on feedback

  • Set up faculty sub webs for Kathyrn Nette, Paul Carmona, and Theresa Botz (Christine) Done

  • Convert Theresa Botz to Outlook (She has a Therese.Botz ics-c login) (Dave)

  • Set up permissions for Kathyrn to edit Biology web (Christine) Done

  • Therese Botz requested an external zip drive and 64MB of RAM in addition to a list she submitted with requests, titled "Problems"  (Dave)

WebCT Workshop Details:

We will be having WebCT workshop presented by Jeff Layman from Grossmont on Friday November 19 in the library TLC from 3 - 5 p.m. This workshop is for all STAR grant teachers who are interested in WebCT. We scheduled at this time because the majority of availability responses fell in this time slot. Our sincerest apologies if we were unable to accommodate you.
