Browsers & Add-Ons
| If students are having technical problems or problems with speed, it sometimes helps to suggest they try a different browser. Some browsers seem to work better and faster for some functions in Blackboard and not others (this sometimes has to do with how Bb uses Java within each browser). Also, many, many tech problems are simply a matter of not having the correct or latest browser plug-in. For a ready-made page with all these links included (perfect to post in Bb), see the sidebar. |
