Must
address one of the following Title III project components: (check

_____ Technology Integration:
This component focuses on the utilization of technology as a tool to
increase access to support services, improve learning environments or
enhance student success. (Funds may not be used for the
development of online courses).

Faculty Training: This component focuses on training faculty
and staff to identify and address the needs of high-risk students, and
on training faculty to utilize technologies in order to better engage
students.

Curriculum Development: The focus of this component is on
developing curricula to increase student retention and success.
Curriculum development is needed to ensure a smooth transition from one
course level to the next, particularly from basic skills to
collegiate-level courses; to ensure that the college curriculum is
aligned and articulated with other institutions; to ensure that some
programs do not have an excessive number of required units; and to
ensure that the curriculum is comprehensive in key areas, ie. where
students need capstone classes to complete their entire program.

rate your proposal:
Goals of the project.
Feasibility of project: implementation
plan.
Outcome/deliverable of project.
Willingness to do a staff development
presentation.
Potential for student success and
retention.
Self-sustainability of the project.
Relationship of project to Cuyamaca
College strategic initiatives
Note: Stipend awards will range from $500
for curriculum development projects and up
to a maximum of $2500 for a development and implementation project.
(Awards are per
project and not per person - in the case of a team effort)

Project and activity(ies) you will
accomplish to achieve your goals.
Project Timeline.
Cost analysis: How many hours the project
will take. Please give a detailed explanation of how the
hours will be used. Other costs.
A description of how the project supports
the student success and retention components of the Title III
project at Cuyamaca College.
Estimated number of students/staff
impacted by project.
A description of how the project will be
continued after special funding ends.
Method(s) of evaluating the project.
Proposed stipend request.
