Davis Sept. 1 - 30 for
Fall Term only
None. You are admitted to your chosen major provided you complete the TAG requirements.  Be enrolled as a full time CA Community College student (international students may participate). UC Davis TAG's are not available to high school students simultaneously enrolled in community college.
Complete at least 30 transferable semester units with minimum GPA as follows: Ag and Enviro Sciences: 2.8; Letters and Sci and Bio Sci: 2.9; Engineering: 3.1
Complete TAG form with counselor who will submit the contract for you.
Irvine Fall term: Nov. 30
Winter term: July 31
You are admitted to your chosen major, provided selection criteria are met. Excluded majors Complete at least 30 transferable semester units. Students who have completed coursework at a postsecondary institution outside the U.S. cannot receive a UC Irvine TAG.
Complete UC required transferable math course and 2 English with "C" or better; Meet minimum GPA and course prerequisites for specified major. http://www.admissionsuci.edu/tag.

Merced year-round
Fall and Spring terms
TAG's are available for all majors accepting transfer applicants. Any CA Community College student is eligible to enroll. There is no minimum unit requirement. Students who have completed coursework at a postsecondary institution outside the U.S. cannot receive a UC Merced TAG. Mail TAG form
Riverside year-round
Fall and Winter terms
None. You are admitted to your chosen major for the specified term, provided you complete the TAG requirements.

All coursework for UCR TAG must have been taken at a California community college. You must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident or AB 540 qualified.

Complete English and math courses required for transfer;
Complete at least 30 transferable semester units with minimum GPA as follows:

Humanities, Arts and  Soc Sci: 2.8
Business Administration: 3.0
Natural and Ag Sciences: 3.0
Engineering: 2.8

Complete TAG form and submit it along with your community college transcripts. Send to:

If you indicate TAG and IGETC on your UCSD application, you will be guaranteed admission if you meet the TAG requirements
Santa Barbara year-round No paper contract required TAGs are available for the College of Letters and Science and College of Engineering, but not for the College of Creative Studies. Some majors require specific preparation coursework in addition to the general TAG requirements. Excluded majors: No minimum qualifications are required to begin work on a UCSB TAG.  The only requirements are for waht needs to be complete at the time of your admissions. For a list of those requirements see www.assist.org. Go to "agreements between UCSD and a community college." The TAG descriptions are at the top of the "by major" drop-down list.
International students may participate.

Santa Cruz Filing period: Aug. 1 - Oct. 15
Fall term only.
TAG is for admission to campus only. Students who are approved for a TAG may be guaranteed acceptance into majors in the School of Engineering through a special review. Complete at least 30 transferable semester units with at least a 3.0 GPA. Student who have completed 20 semester units at any four-year college or university or who have attended college or  university outside of the U.S. are not eligible for UCSC TAG. Complete TAG form with your community college counselor or TAG liaison, who will submit the form for you.

*Students wishing to use UCSD TAG for Fall 2008 or Spring 2009 must use current requirements.  These requirements expire for Fall 2009.
