   Objective:

    To launch a near-space balloon 100,000 ft up into the Earth’s stratosphere. A capsule will be lifted by the balloon. The capsule will contain a cell phone, a pressure sensor, a micro-controller, and a video recorder.

     At 100,000 ft the originally 5 ft diameter balloon will reach a burst diameter of 20 ft. The balloon will pop and the capsule descend back to Earth via a parachute. Then cell phone's GPS coordinates will assist us in the recovery of the capsule.
