Follow these simple steps to enroll at the most beautiful community college in the region. And remember: we are here to support you in every way possible. 

 

Applying to Cuyamaca is free! Before you can register for classes, you must fill out an application to the college. This can be done online and it is free.

Here's what happens next:

  • You will receive an email with next steps within minutes of submitting your application. If you do not receive an email, check spam filters before contacting Admissions.
  • Applications take between 24-48 hours to process. Log into Self-Service to confirm.
  • Have your official transcripts or documents sent to the Transcripts office at Cuyamaca College to clear prerequisites, and to award prior credit for degrees and certificates. Official transcripts and scores must still be in the sealed official envelope if you are submitting them in person.
  • If you took AP classes in high school, please have College Board send your test scores to the Transcripts office.

After you apply and receive your acceptance letter, login to Self-Service.

 

Click the Students tab. Under Orientation/Assess/Advising, click Step One - Online Orientation.

Self-Service is also the place to go for your Placement. The placement questionnaire will help us assess your current level of English and Math. Login to Self-Service click Students. Under Orientation/Placement/Advise, click Step Two- Placement Questionnaire.

 

To plan your courses for your first semester, go to Self-Service, and click Students. Under Orientation/Placement/Advise, click Step Three - Online Advising. See the Counseling Center for more information

Students are dropped for non-payment of fees. You can pay your fees via  or on campus at the Cashier office.
