Transcript Evaluation Process


 
If you are working towards a Degree or Certificate at Cuyamaca College and you have completed units at other colleges, it is important to find out as soon as possible how those courses meet requirements at Cuyamaca College.

Follow these simple steps!

  1. Meet with a counselor at the Counseling Office to request course evaluation.
    (You must be registered in classes.)
  2. If you have attended other colleges, have ALL your official transcripts of prior work, including A.P. scores, sent to:

(If your school is local, you may hand carry your transcripts to Admissions and Records. All hand carried transcripts must be in a sealed envelope and have the official seal of the school.)

Once all transcripts have been received, make an appointment with a counselor to review them for course equivalency and remaining degree requirements.
