Presenting

The expertise of presenters is the foundation of Professional Development. Your participation is encouraged and appreciated.

In Fall, the Professional Development Committee will select Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday workshops that focus on our theme: Transforming F's to A's.

F to A

This theme includes student success as well as student and faculty/staff wellness.

The first Fall 2012 Call for Presentations is due May 15.

After the due date, the committee will select Tuesday and Wednesday workshops and those days will be closed for new proposals. We will accept Thursday and Friday proposals after the due date, but after the print deadline about a month before flex week, your activity will only show up on the web site and won't be on the pdf schedule and attendance form. Then you may need to ask participants to write in the workshop number on the attendance form.

Presenters/facilitators receive two hours Professional Development credit for every hour of presentation (2 for 1). Please note: No professional development credit is given for breakfast or lunch.

All presentation requests are reviewed and approved by the Professional Development Coordinator in consultation with the Professional Development Committee.
