e-CalWORKs provides CalWORKs students with the ability to ask quick questions that do not require in-person appointments. You will need your student ID # to submit a question.  If you do not know your ID number please click here to learn how to access your student ID number.

Your question will be answered by a CalWORKs staff member or a counselor within two business days.  Once your question is answered, you will receive an email notification prompting you to sign back into e-CalWORKs. If you do not receive an email, please proceed by signing into e-CalWORKs to view the response.
