Beginning Belly Dancing

Belly dancing is an ancient and graceful dance form. It's a fun way to exercise and learn new moves you can use on the dance floor. Using exciting music you will learn alignment, strength, isolations, and basic step techniques.

Beginning Hoop Dance

The hula hoop has evolved! Once only a way to pass time for youngsters; now a revolution in performance art, dance, and exercise! Hoop dance tones your core, arms, and legs. Let yourself get lost in the power of hoop!

Beginning Ballroom, Latin, & Swing I

Discover the joy that dancing can bring into your life! This class will give you a good foundation for both social dancing and for continued learning of dance skills. Dances taught include Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Rumba, Cha Cha and Swing. A partner is not necessary. Be prepared for any dancing occasion!
