Beginning Ballroom, Latin, & Swing I
Discover the joy that dancing can bring into your life! This class will give you a good foundation for both social dancing and for continued learning of dance skills. Dances taught include Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Rumba, Cha Cha and Swing. A partner is not necessary. Be prepared for any dancing occasion!

Work out while having fun! This cardio class will fuse Hip-hop and Salsa Dance with basic aerobics moves, to the sound of the hottest and latest dance mixes of today. Class will consist of a warm-up that will lead into routines that will be built upon each week, followed by a cool down and stretch. This class will give a great workout, increase rhythm and develop a stronger cardiovascular system. Enjoy the benefits of a ZumbaŠ styled workout fused with a hip-hop influence.
