This tutorial will show faculty how to request a container for course development purposes.

Copy a Blackboard Container
This tutorial will show you how to copy one Blackboard container to another.  This can be useful at the beginning of the semester when you copy your old Blackboard class information into the new section container.

Merge Courses
If you teach multiple sections of the same exact course, there is a merge tool available to merge the students from these sections into one course. You would then teach your course out of just the one merged container. The merge tool links the enrollments from the section containers that you merge into the one container that you choose to teach from.

Recycle (Erase) a Blackboard Container

How to Change Your email Address in Blackboard
As of June, 2009, changes you make to your email address in Blackboard will be replaced every night by the email address you have listed in WebAdvisor. So please change your email address in WebAdvisor by following these steps.

Hide or Show Courses on the Welcome Page
Now that Snapshot is generating course containers for you every semester, you may find that there are courses showing on your Blackboard Welcome Page that you don't need this semester. Blackboard provides a way to hide or show only the courses you want. This video will show you how.

Archive Your Course
An archive is a complete backup of your course. It includes the students, all their work, all discussions, course statistics, grades, etc. These archives are meant to be used as backups for your course, not for transferring your content from one container to another.
