Scope:
This project includes the reconstruction of the central plant chilled water system, the replacement of chilled water pumps, the replacement of a 350-ton chiller with a 500-ton chiller, upgrading of the cooling tower, controls, and utility infrastructure, along with building expansion to accommodate a 500-ton chiller, and new high-efficiency heated water boilers to replace existing boilers.
