Adobe Site License

The college participates in Adobe’s Education Enterprise Agreement. Employees are provided with Adobe Acrobat Pro on their standard-issue office computers. Mac users will be addressed separately.

The Professional Development office periodically offers workshops on Adobe products. Check the Professional Development website for more information.

Other Software Available by Request

The Education Enterprise Agreement also provides the college with efficient access to various Adobe products for teaching in student computer labs. To request software for computer labs or smart classrooms, faculty and staff must complete the software request form.

 

In addition, individual employees may request additional products to be installed on their standard-issue office computer. Employees must complete the form found on the District Forms Depot under “Adobe Request”.

Work at Home (WAH)

Adobe Creative Cloud Apps for Work-At-Home (Annual Subscription) is now available for GCCCD faculty and staff. To obtain this software go to the CollegeBuys website and select state: CA, School: Cuyamaca College, and the Staff/Faculty option, then click the “Submit” button. This will take you to the Microsoft and Adobe WAH products for the college.

Faculty and staff will submit an order online and submit verification of eligibility to the FCCC directly as outlined on the website. Once eligibility has been verified, customer will be provided with a separate email with the redemption code where they can then redeem the WAH subscription with Adobe at https://creative.adobe.com/.

When redeeming the Adobe? Creative Cloud™ Apps for Work-At-Home Use membership, it is important that you do not enable the auto-renewal terms. Auto-renewal will renew your yearly subscription at a non-California Community Colleges subscription pricing at the end of the year.
