What do I need from the library in order to complete my course additions forms?


  1. Complete the Library Course/Program Addition Survey Form.
  2. Determine which librarian is responsible for your subject area, by looking at this list of subject area specialists.
  3. Send your completed Library Course Addition or Program Addition Survey Form  to the appropriate librarian and course outline.
