Wellness Walks

Cuyamaca College kicked off the Wellness Walks in February 2015 to empower our campus community health by hosting once a month walk.
No matter what your age, walking is great to stay fit, lower stress, boost moods, and strengthen bones.
Best of all, walking is free!
No Wellness walks in Fall 2020.
Please stay safe and healthy.
