Transfer Center Advisory Board (TCAB)
- What is TCAB?
An advisory group that supports the Cuyamaca College Transfer Center.
- Who is involved?
Faculty, student services professionals, students, university partners, and K–12 educational
partners.
- Main goal:
To increase equitable transfer opportunities and help more students successfully transfer
to four-year universities.
- What does TCAB do?
- Reviews and provides feedback on Transfer Center plans and goals.
- Reviews transfer services, programs, and activities.
- Looks at transfer data and student outcomes.
- Identifies barriers that may prevent students from transferring.
- Recommends strategies to improve student transfer success.
- Promotes collaboration between campus departments and educational partners.
- Supports efforts to close transfer equity gaps.
- Helps strengthen a college-wide transfer culture.

- Attend and actively participate in meetings.
- Share their knowledge and perspectives.
- Review transfer services and outcomes.
- Provide recommendations for improvement.
