Emergency Preparedness and Safety Leadership Advisory Team (EPSLAT)
The Cuyamaca College Emergency Preparedness and Safety Leadership Advisory Team (EPSLAT) is an operational group that serves in an advisory capacity to the Vice President of Administrative Services on matters related to emergency preparedness and campus safety. The EPSLAT is responsible for reviewing and providing guidance on policies, planning documents, and training related to safety and emergency preparedness efforts at the college. The advisory team also coordinates efforts with the District Health and Safety Group as needed. The EPSLAT provides input for updates to the College Emergency Preparedness Plan, which outlines practices and methods to mitigate, prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies that affect the college. The EPSLAT develops, assesses, and revises goals on an annual basis.
