Instructional Leadership Advisory Team (ILAT)

The advisory council to the Vice President of Instruction, reviews, discusses, and makes recommendations regarding issues, functions, and activities in Instruction. The purpose of the council is to facilitate collaboration and teamwork, and to promote dialogue and joint problem solving among the council representatives on key matters. This council serves as a communication link to the rest of the faculty regarding operational matters.
