As we return to campus, the top priority continues to be the health and safety of everyone in our community. The decision to reopen the college was not taken lightly—federal, state and local reopening guidelines have been central to our planning efforts. Additionally, the concerns and priorities identified by our community, students, and constituency groups through participation in our Repopulation Teams and survey results from both students and employees are reflected in updated plans. Currently, employees are required to test weekly. However, employee testing can be waived with proof of vaccination. Students and employees are strongly urged to be vaccinated for the health and safety of the college community.

 

All employees working on campus are expected to abide by the current safety measures:

  • Face coverings / mask are required outdoors when within six-feet of others, regardless of vaccination status. They are NOT required outdoors otherwise.
  • Face coverings / masks are required indoors unless you are working alone in a one-person office that has a door that can be closed. This applies regardless of vaccination status.
  • Self-check for symptoms daily prior to coming to campus. If you have any symptoms, please call your supervisor and Human Resources immediately and do NOT come to campus.
  • Follow guidance provided by signage on campus regarding social distancing, face coverings, occupancy, and hygiene.

Employees may make an appointment for weekly testing by following this link or scanning the below QR Code with a smart phone. Testing is located in Annex #1 (across from the D-Building) on:

Monday: 12:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Tuesday: 7:00 - 11:00 a.m.

Wednesday: 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.

If you tested with an external provider, you can upload your results using the following steps:

1. Log into your account using the link or QR code above

2. Click on "Upload Negative COVID-19 Test Proof"

3. Follow the directions for uploading and saving the document.
