Register for Test Proctoring

To Register on-line for Test Proctoring Services students must have:

  • Current Authorized Academic Adjustment form
  • Class schedule with course name, section number and instructor name.

All DSPS students should complete the on-line Registration Form  For Test Proctoring Accommodations.  Up to four classes can be included on the form. Click on the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form and that’s all there is to it.  You will receive a confirming email from the test proctor.

  • Students are responsible for sending their Authorized Academic Adjustment forms to their instructors by email. The form shows how much extra time (1.5 or 2.0) you will receive for exams and quizzes.
  • We recommend that students work directly with their instructors for exams if at all possible. If you need assistance, please contact the test proctor.
