Transcript Requests

Please follow the instructions below to request your Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District (GCCCD) official transcript.

  

Current and former students with access to WebAdvisor

 

  1. Log in to WebAdvisor
  2. Select Transcript Request in bottom right hand corner of student menu
  3. Complete and submit request form in the TranscriptsPlus website managed by Credentials Inc.

Previous students without access to WebAdvisor

 

  1. Complete and submit your order in the TranscriptsPlus website

USPS First Class Mail shipping time is approximately 2-9 business days depending on the destination. Tracking services are not available for USPS First Class Mail.

 

 

Unofficial transcripts

Students may print their unofficial GCCCD transcript from WebAdvisor to get past grades, courses taken, semesters attended and grade point average.

 

  1. Login to WebAdvisor
  2. Select "Unofficial Transcripts" under the "Academic Profile" heading in the student menu.

Final transcripts

Once final exams begin, official transcripts can be requested but they will not be "final" until ALL grades have been processed. A "final" transcript will be available approximately 2 to 3 weeks after the end of each term. The "final" transcript will include all semester notes; President's List or Dean's List, for example.

Current and previous Cuyamaca College catalogs may be obtained by visiting College Source Online. For years 2004-present, the official course descriptions can be printed from our college catalogs that are available here
