Personal Counseling

Short-term counseling is available to help students improve their well-being by discussing, processing, and working through their challenges with trained counselors.

Our counseling sessions allow students the opportunity to explore their thoughts, feelings, values, and behavior in a confidential and healing space.

If you need immediate assistance, please call the Access and Crisis Line at 1-888-724-7240. The toll-free call is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Or text "Home" or "COURAGE" to 741741.

Students can also email cuyamaca.pc@gcccd.edu to schedule a counseling session or
