TB Risk Assessment
We are currently performing TB Risk Assessment by appointment only. Please call619-660-4200
or email cuyamaca.wellness@gcccd.edu to schedule your appointment. Or you can go to your healthcare provider and submit the Certificate of Completion
for Tuberculosis Risk Assessment and/or Examination directly to HR.
For new employees: Please upload your Certificate of Completion for Tuberculosis Risk Assessment and/or
Examination into your Workday Onboarding task to the HR Technician with whom you are
working with.
For a TB Skin Test: Please call 619-660-4200 to schedule an appointment with nursing.
Please note you will need to return 48-72 hours once a TB Skin Test is administered.
TB Skin Testing is done Monday through Wednesday.
